We currently do not have a physical location, we are working on having pop-up shops in the future for you to meet us and try on items before renting.
Your items will be delivered to you in excellent condition. Given that your items are rentals, it may be possible that there may be slight imperfections, but rest assured that we take great care in ensuring that whatever imperfection (if any at all) are not noticeable to the naked eye when worn with your wedding gown.
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Paypal.
LUVYT works with Canada Post to send your accessories right to your door steps! We're pleased to offer you free standard shipping on all orders over $150.00. Otherwise, our standard shipping rates are listed as follows.

Our shipping rates includes a pre-paid return label so that once you wear your items for your big day, you can simply put it back in the box it came and drop it off to your nearest Post Office.
Nope, your items will be shipped with a prepaid return label, so all you have to do is stick it on the box and bring it to your nearest post office.
You can send us an email to let us know that you’d like to rent an unavailable product. Depending on when your wedding date is, it is possible that we may be able to get it for you. No guarantees though, but we’ll try our best!
Depending on where you are, you’ll receive the items anywhere between 5-10 days before your wedding.
If you’re unsure, you can ask our stylist!
This is a form that we’ll ask you to fill out 3 weeks before your wedding date. On this form, we’ll request credit card authorization just in case late fees, re-stocking fees, or fees for damaged goods are applied.
If at any time, during the period of your rental, you fall in love with your item(s) and want to own it, we would be happy to put an order in for a new piece for you at the retail value less what you paid for the rental on that particular item. However, because we may have other brides waiting to wear the item after you, you would not be able to keep the item.
Try your very best to return it on time, as we may have brides after you that are waiting to wear the items you currently have. If it happens that you are late to get to the post office, a late fee will be charged.
Unfortunately if you forget to drop off your rentals by Monday after your wedding before noon, we will charge you 250% of the retail price. Upon payment of the late fee, the rented items are now yours to keep!
We ask that the items are returned in the condition that it was sent out in. Should the items returned be damaged, a 250% of the retail value will be charged.
